He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1995 and has been recognised as a Specialist in ophthalmology by the UK's General Medical Council since 2001. Mr Wevill is a fully accredited laser eye surgeon holding the "Certification in Refractive Surgery" qualification from the prestigious Royal College of Ophthalmologists after under-going strict assessment in surgical skills and patient management. He has immense experience and over the last 13 years has performed more than 13,000 laser eye surgery treatments.

He is also a fully accredited laser eye surgeon holding the "Certificate in Laser Refractive Surgery" from the Royal College of Ophthalmologists after under-going strict assessment in surgical skills and patient management. He has immense experience and over the last 10 years has performed more than 10,000 laser eye surgery treatments.
